Know the actual machine operation time

You can generate reports on the actual machine operation time over the entire rental period, broken down into operating and idle time. No rounded off or false values.

Optimise machinery use

The system provides data constituting the basis for rotating machines among constrcution sites to make the best use of the rental period. You do not pay for any idle machinery.

Adjust machinery to your needs

The actual operation time enables you to verify given machine usability during a certain project.

CLOCKS module prevents construction site losses

If your contract involves employing external contractors paid an hourly wage (diggers, loaders, road rollers, etc.), the CLOCKS module will ensure measurable savings.

Situation in which a machine must be rented to operate on a construction site

- machinery rental

While implementing projects, last-minute rental of a digger with an operator and fuel often becomes necessary. What does it mean for a project manager?

Photo of a worker

The worksmanager, in line with the current needs, rents equipment according to the Service Provider's offer, at pre-approved hourly rates. Work performed by adigger or another machine is supervised a person responsible for a specifictask. In addition to the equipment, this person has several other importantmatters to control in their section. The manager reports the need for renting adigger to a rental company. The Service Provider confirms delivery of the machine with its operatr at 6.00 a.m. on the next day.

In terms of the costs incurred by the construction project, it is 10.5 x PLN 300 (cost of a digger with its operator) = PLN 3150

On the basis of the work card submitted by the operator, the cost incurred by the construction project for renting 1 digger is:

PLN 3150 / day

PLN 69,300 / month

Relying on manually completed operator's work sheets is the way of the past

- Buildibox system

Future is simple

By equipping all machines with the BuildiBox system, you receive an electronic machinery operation sheet.

When using the system, the manager receives up-to-date information on equipment operation. The automatically generated report includes the following information:

work starting time

standtill time

other activity time (e.g. refuelling)

lunch break time

work finishing time

Graph of statictics

Such records clearly show that the number of billable working hours is 9

([10.5 - 1.5] x PLN 300 [cost of digger with operator]). In total, it amounts to PLN 2700.

Cost incurred by the construction project for renting 1 digger, on the basis of the system report, is:

PLN 2700 / day

PLN 59,400 / month

The described rental day included a delay resulting from the digger unloading operation, whereas this operation only takes place on the first day on the site. It can therefore be concluded that the average anticipated saving is approximately 1hour per day. The average number of operating days for one digger during a month is 22 on average, i.e. in total, 22 hours saved during a month. After deducting the monthly fee for the system (PLN 60 + 100), savings amounting to PLN 6000 a month can be obtained.

Savings obtained in relation to one rented digger are approx. PLN 6000 / month.PLN 6 000 / month / equipment
